Real-Time Activity Notification Bell using WebSockets

Project Overview: We are looking for a developer to implement an instant, real-time notification dropdown system to alert users immediately when a task status changes or when they receive a new proposal. Expected Output: - Connect the frontend navigation header to a WebSocket server stream (or Socket.io/Pusher endpoint). - Build a responsive notification bell icon that plays a subtle unread counter badge update animation when a message arrives. - Create a scrollable dropdown panel to preview notifications, featuring an instantaneous "Mark all as read" state mutation. Required Skills: - ReactJS (useEffect hooks, cleanly handling WebSocket cleanup cycles) - State Management (handling real-time data merges into existing arrays) - Tailwind CSS (handling transition animations and dropdown layouts)
