We're building an outreach list of genuine ecommerce / Shopify YouTubers to partner with. We need a detail-oriented researcher to find creators who match a specific profile and collect their public contact details into a spreadsheet. Accuracy matters more than volume, every lead gets spot-checked. Who we're looking for (the creators): Subscribers: under 20k; sweet spot roughly 1k–15k. Micro creators only; skip anyone above 20k. Location: based in tier-1 or growing tier-2 Shopify markets: Tier 1: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland Tier 2 / growing: India, UAE, Singapore, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico Niche - genuine ecommerce: real store-building, branding, product, Shopify how-to, founder/journey content. NOT pure dropshipping-hype channels (the "make $10k/month dropshipping" type). A channel that touches dropshipping is fine if it's broader and authentic; we want real operators and educators, not hype. Must NOT promote their own app / SaaS / tool. We want independent voices we can pitch to, not creators pushing a competing product. Must have a public business email (in the channel's About tab or a linked site). No guessed or pattern-generated emails. Active channel: at least one upload in the last ~3 months. Deliverables: a Google Sheet with these columns: Channel name Channel URL Subscriber count Country Email (pulled from About tab / site — verified, not guessed) Content type / niche (one line) Average last 4 video views Last upload date Notes: why they fit (e.g. "Shopify store-build tutorials, no own app")

Project Overview: We are looking for a frontend developer to build an interactive, drag-and-drop Kanban board layout to help users track their active tasks across different stages (e.g., "To Do", "In Progress", "Under Review", "Completed"). Expected Output: - Implement a responsive multi-column board view that allows smooth dragging and dropping of task cards between columns. - Ensure state updates instantly on the client side when a card is dropped into a new column, maintaining card order. - Connect the dropped event to a local state array or API trigger so mutations persist on refresh. - Add an inline quick-add button at the bottom of each column to quickly append a new card template. Required Skills: - ReactJS (Functional components and clean state arrays) - Experience with drag-and-drop libraries (@hello-pangea/dnd, react-dn-d, or dnd-kit) - Tailwind CSS for handling active column highlight styles during dragging Important Details: The static design of the task cards and dashboard shell is complete. Your job is exclusively to integrate the drag-and-drop logic container, manage the reordering array mutations, and wire up column transitions.

We are looking for a Cold Email Architect, not a virtual assistant. You are someone who views lead generation as a chess match, not a numbers game. You will work directly with the CEO to build, scale, and optimize a world-class outbound engine in the high-stakes finance industry. If you think "out of the box" means just changing a subject line, this isn't for you. We need someone who understands data infrastructure, deliverability at scale, and the psychology of a C-suite prospect. What You’ll Own • Strategy & Architecture: Designing multi-step, omnichannel cold outreach flows that cut through the noise of the finance world. • Technical Infrastructure: Managing a complex stack of domains, ESPs, and warm-up tools to maintain 100% deliverability. • Data Sourcing & Enrichment: Moving beyond basic filters to find "intent-based" leads using UCC data, technographics, and advanced scraping. • Copywriting: Writing high-level, low-friction scripts that speak the language of business owners and financial controllers. • Optimization: Constant A/B testing of angles, offers, and landing pages to maximize the ROI on every lead. The Requirements • Extensive B2B Experience: You have a proven track record of booking meetings with high-value targets (not just small mom-and-pop shops). • Technical Mastery: You are an expert in tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, or MillionVerifier. • Thinking "Outside the Box": You know how to use unconventional triggers (e.g., job postings, recent funding, or specific industry filings) to personalize at scale. • Finance Knowledge: You understand the nuances of the finance/business funding industry and how to build trust quickly. • Extreme Ownership: You thrive when given a goal and the autonomy to hit it.
