Email Deliverability Expert for Sendy

We are looking for an experienced email deliverability specialist to audit and improve our existing email setup. We run an Android email app called. Over the years we have collected a large database of user email addresses, mostly from existing or past users of the app. We have an existing Sendy installation connected to Amazon SES, but this has not been active for a while. Before starting to send larger campaigns again we want to make sure the setup is technically correct, compliant, and unlikely to create bounce, complaint, spam-folder, or SES reputation issues. We also need to set up the email campaigns themselves. This is not a cold email / scraping / lead generation project. We are looking for someone who understands legitimate email deliverability, list hygiene, AWS SES reputation management, and Sendy. --What we need help with-- 1. Audit current setup Sendy configuration Amazon SES configuration SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment Custom MAIL FROM domain, if relevant Sending domain/subdomain strategy Bounce and complaint handling Suppression list setup Unsubscribe handling One-click unsubscribe / List-Unsubscribe headers Google Postmaster Tools / Microsoft SNDS setup if useful Blacklist / domain reputation checks 2. Review current list hygiene 3. Implement findings from audit 4. Warm-up and campaign sending plan --Required experience-- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon SES Experience with Sendy Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, and email authentication Experience with email deliverability, sender reputation, bounces, complaints, suppression lists, and inbox placement Understanding of Microsoft/Hotmail/Outlook sender requirements Familiarity with GDPR/ePrivacy considerations for email marketing is a plus
