We are looking for a Cold Email Architect, not a virtual assistant. You are someone who views lead generation as a chess match, not a numbers game. You will work directly with the CEO to build, scale, and optimize a world-class outbound engine in the high-stakes finance industry. We need someone who understands data infrastructure, deliverability at scale, and the psychology of a C-suite prospect. What You’ll Own • Strategy & Architecture: Designing multi-step, omnichannel cold outreach flows that cut through the noise of the finance world. • Technical Infrastructure: Managing a complex stack of domains, ESPs, and warm-up tools to maintain 100% deliverability. • Data Sourcing & Enrichment: Moving beyond basic filters to find "intent-based" leads using UCC data, technographics, and advanced scraping. • Copywriting: Writing high-level, low-friction scripts that speak the language of business owners and financial controllers. • Optimization: Constant A/B testing of angles, offers, and landing pages to maximize the ROI on every lead. The Requirements • Extensive B2B Experience: You have a proven track record of booking meetings with high-value targets (not just small mom-and-pop shops). • Technical Mastery: You are an expert in tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, or MillionVerifier. • Thinking "Outside the Box": You know how to use unconventional triggers (e.g., job postings, recent funding, or specific industry filings) to personalize at scale. • Finance Knowledge: You understand the nuances of the finance/business funding industry and how to build trust quickly. • Extreme Ownership: You thrive when given a goal and the autonomy to hit it.
